Dr. Jerry L. Fletcher - Jerry was one of the most dynamic people that I have ever know. He was my coach and my mentor. Sadly we lost Jerry at the first of 2007, though we will always have him in our hearts.
Jerry has more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and companies achieve sustained levels of high performance. He holds an A.B. cum laude and a doctorate from Harvard University, with special emphasis on the way human values affect behavior.
He is author of Paradoxical Thinking: How to Profit from Your Contradictions (San Francisco: Berrett Koehler, 1997) and Patterns of High Performance: Discovering the Ways People Work Best (San Francisco: Berrett Koehler, 1993).
He has worked with major corporate clients including: The Chemical Group of Monsanto, the Corporate Research and Development Division of BF Goodrich, IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation's Sales and Core Technologies Divisions, GD Searle Pharmaceuticals, Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Brown Printing Co., Procter & Gamble, Scott Paper, Bull, and Northern Telecom. By focusing on individuals and how they produce their best results,
Fletcher has demonstrated that each person’s pathway to success is different. He has developed a reliable, highly accurate methodology for enabling individuals to define exactly how they succeed and to recreate the pattern when carrying out assignments at work.
His 25-year track record proves that he can consistently motivate teams to produce outstanding results quickly.
