Susan Bethanis - Susan is the Founder/President of Mariposa Leadership, Inc., a 10-person San Francisco-based firm, which provides leadership coaching and consulting to high-tech, bio-tech, and financial services. Sue is the author of Leadership Chronicles of a Corporate Sage (due out September 2004 from Dearborn Trade Publishing), and regularly speaks at conferences and off-sites on various leadership and coaching topics.

Her recent clients include Blue Shield of California, Scios Inc., SGI, Veritas Software, Washington Mutual, and Yahoo!. Using real-time, relevant business issues, she helps executives:

Create innovative and sustainable organizational strategies, structures, and systems
Contribute to their organization with more influence and impact
"Raise their game" by focusing on five key leadership roles (learner, relationship-builder, visionary, coach, and globalist) - content based on Mariposa's Corporate Sage leadership framework.

Sue is known for her keen ability to make adjustments on-the-spot in both individual and group meetings, and for her lively Q&A with audiences.

She has developed and regularly delivers In-The-Moment Coaching workshops - content based on Mariposa's ITM Coaching� model.

Sue earned her Doctorate and Master's Degree at University of San Francisco (USF) and Stanford University, respectively.
