Lee Ann Del Carpio - Lee Ann is President and co-founder of Inner
Power International, and an executive leadership and personal coach who works with
professionals who want to maximize the impact of their leadership style and thrive
during times of personal or organizational change.
She works with her clients to connect their heads to their hearts and helps them integrate
success, fulfillment and results - all with greater clarity, focus, and ease. With
years of experience living and working in Japan and Luxembourg, and business travel
to over 35 countries worldwide, she also has the unique ability to develop culturally
relevant learning solutions.
As a coach, Lee Ann is often described by her clients as bringing a unique combination
of strategic "big picture" thinking, global understanding, deep personal effectiveness
skills, and practical "results" orientation. This combined capability allows them
to achieve individual developmental goals AND advance broader organizational objectives
with clarity, focus and ease.
In her 10 years of experience, she has observed that corporations which understand
that personal change precedes organizational change achieve dramatically different
levels of success. As a result, Lee Ann sees her role as helping executives to navigate
through constant change, and build inner capacity so their learning and development
becomes a natural part of their leadership capabilities and helps serve as an "inner
rudder" during increasing turbulent times.
Examples of her most current projects include: the design, development, and delivery
of internal coaching and leadership skills for the worldwide middle manager population
at Avon Products, Inc. and high potential leadership development coaching for executives
at Charter Communications.
Prior to becoming an executive coach and leadership development consultant, Lee Ann
held a variety of positions in global organizational and leadership development. Formerly
Director of Leadership Development at Sapient Corporation and Senior Manager responsible
for worldwide Global Leadership Development for the top 400 leaders at Avon Products,
Inc., Lee Ann has focused her career on maximizing the power of leadership development
and coaching as strategic levers for change within an organization.
Prior to working with Avon, Lee Ann was Program Design Manager at Windham International,
an international global human resources consulting firm. While there, her work in
global management development and intercultural effectiveness supported clients such
as: Bristol-Myers Squibb, Estee Lauder, General Electric, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan,
and Merrill Lynch.
